Font License အခြေခံများ သိထားသင့်တဲ့အချက်

Font တစ်လုံး ဝယ်ယူတဲ့အခါ License Type ကို နားလည်ထားဖို့ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။ ဖန်တီး TypeLab မှာ License Tier လေးမျိုးရှိပါတယ်။

Personal use — Commercial မဟုတ်တဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင် project အတွက်၊ User တစ်ဦးတည်းအတွက်ပါ။

Commercial — Brand, Marketing material, Client project တွေအတွက် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် Font file ကို Software/App ထဲ ထည့်သွင်းဖို့ မသင့်တော်ပါဘူး။

Digital embedding — Website (@font-face)၊ App၊ Game ထဲမှာ Font file ကို တိုက်ရိုက် ထည့်သွင်းအသုံးပြုချင်ရင် ဒီ License လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။

Book publishing — စာအုပ်ထုတ်ဝေမှု (Print/Ebook) အတွက် အထူး License ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Free Font တွေကတော့ Personal & Commercial နှစ်မျိုးလုံးအတွက် License မလိုအပ်ဘဲ အခမဲ့ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။ Project အမျိုးအစားအလိုက် License မှန်ကန်စွာ ရွေးချယ်အသုံးပြုဖို့ အကြံပြုပါတယ်။
